How do I write my will?

This requires a consultation with a lawyer who will help you through the stages of writing your will and/or setting up your estate.

What do I need to do to get my case started?

The first thing you need to do is set up an appointment to have a preliminary consultation with the lawyer. At times, our office staff can take down the details of the case and then speak with the attorney to make preliminary inquiries.

How do I make an appointment with the attorney?

What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

This will vary depending on the of services required. When you call to set up your appointment, our office staff can help you determine any paperwork you may need to bring with you.

When are you open?

Our office is open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, with evening and Saturday hours by appointment.

!	Do I have a case?

Usually this is determined during an initial consultation with an attorney.
In order to determine whether or not the case is strong, we will need to find out the particulars of the situation to make a decision about whether or not we believe the case can be reasonably argued in a court of law. If we can't help you, we may refer you to another entity who specializes in the information you seek.

How will I pay for the help that I need?
Different services determine the cost to the client. Some basic services have set rates. There is also the possibity of contigency fees and hourly rate structures. Be sure to ask us about the types of payment options we accept
